Booking process and delivery policy - Panda Spa

Welcome to the online booking system of Panda Spa. To ensure your experience is as quick and convenient as possible, please refer to our booking process and delivery policy (electronic confirmation) below.

1. Booking Process

Customers can easily book appointments and pay for services at Panda Spa through 4 simple steps:

• Step 1: Select a service Visit the website pandaspa.vn to view detailed information and choose the spa/massage service package that meets your needs.

• Step 2: Fill in booking information After selecting your desired service, please accurately and fully provide the necessary personal information (Full name, Phone number, Email, Number of guests, Estimated time, etc.) on the checkout page.

• Step 3: Payment Complete the payment process using one of the secure methods supported by our website system.

• Step 4: Receive booking confirmation Immediately after the system successfully processes your payment, Panda Spa will send a detailed order confirmation email to you, including:

  • Order Code/Booking Code

  • Name of the booked service package

  • Time and location of the service

  • Support contact information when needed

2. Delivery Policy (Confirmation via Email)

• Delivery method: Panda Spa does not apply physical delivery (delivering physical papers/vouchers to your home). Instead, we "deliver" the service information in the form of an electronic ticket (E-voucher) sent to the Email address you provided.

• Confirmation email delivery time: Normally, the confirmation email will be sent automatically within 05 minutes right after the order is completed. In some special cases (such as slow network or system overload), the email delivery time may take up to a maximum of 30 minutes.

• Troubleshooting support: If you still have not received the email after 30 minutes, please check your spam/junk mail folder or contact our Customer Service department immediately to be re-issued the confirmation code.

3. Important Notes

• Please double-check and ensure your personal information (especially your Email address and Phone number) is entered absolutely accurately to avoid errors or loss of booking confirmation information.

• Panda Spa disclaims responsibility for risks arising from customers providing the wrong email address, or due to receiving system errors from a third party (the customer's email service provider).
