To ensure your maximum benefits and help our preparation process run smoothly, we provide detailed information regarding our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy. 1. General Regulations

Panda Spa is committed to providing customers with the best service experience. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please adhere to the terms below to ensure your rights:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested within the specified timeframes.
  • This policy applies to all services provided across the pandaspa.vn system.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation 24 hours in advance: If you notify us of your cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, we will process the cancellation free of charge and issue a full refund (if payment was made via bank transfer).
  • Cancellation within 24 hours: If the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of the appointment time, a cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the service value will be applied. The remaining balance will be refunded or kept as store credit for your next booking.
  • Cancellation after the appointment time: pandaspa.vn does not accept cancellation requests submitted after the confirmed appointment time has passed.

3. Rescheduling and Service Change Policy

  • Rescheduling 24 hours in advance: Customers can reschedule their appointment free of charge if they notify us at least 24 hours in advance. The new appointment time will be arranged based on the spa's availability.
  • Rescheduling within 24 hours: If a rescheduling request is made within 24 hours of the appointment, a rescheduling fee equivalent to 10% of the service value will be applied.
  • Changing services: Customers can change to a different service provided that:
    • The new service is of equal or greater value than the originally booked service (the customer will pay the price difference).
    • The change request is submitted at least 24 hours prior to the original appointment time.
